Haseeb Manzoor

Haseeb Manzoor is a bioinformatician, researcher, and scientific innovator working at the intersection of biology, data science, and machine learning. With more than seven years of experience in next-generation sequencing (NGS) analysis, microbiome research, and computational biology, he is currently a PhD researcher at the Segata Lab of Computational Metagenomics at the University of Trento, Italy.

At Omics Nexus, Haseeb drives the scientific vision of the organization. As Chief Scientific Officer, he leads the development of advanced bioinformatics workflows, multi-omics analysis pipelines, and data-driven research initiatives that support both scientific discovery and real-world applications. Passionate about democratizing bioinformatics, Haseeb has played a key role in designing hands-on training programs, workshops, and collaborative platforms that help students and researchers translate biological data into meaningful insights.
